Complaints

Our object is to be fair and reasonable in all our dealings with both tenants and landlords but, occasionally, someone feels a need to make a complaint about something that is affecting them.

If you have a complaint about anything to do with your tenancy please talk to us immediately it arises so that a suitable resolution can be put in place in the quickest possible time.

If we don't know about it we can't help you.
