Rent Payments

One of the greatest assets any tenant can have is a good rental reference from a Landlord or Estate Agent showing that their commitments were always honoured and we would like to think that we will, at some stage, be able to provide such a reference for all our tenants.

Your lease requires that you maintain your rent payments in advance which means that payments must be received in our bank account no later than the day before they are due.

If for any reason you are having difficulty in meeting your rental  payment on time, please contact us immediately and, between us, we will try to work out a suitable alternative arrangement that is acceptable to the Landlord.    If we are not contacted and your rent falls into arrears - even by just a few days - you will be in breach of your lease and immediate action will be taken.

We do not accept part payments of rent unless a formal arrangement in writing is in place.    Any such arrangement may also require the approval of the Landlord and must be strictly adhered to.
