Maintenance Issues

Our landlords take pride in their property and do everything possible to ensure that their investment is maintained in good order and condition.

We ask that tenants keep a watchful eye out for any maintenance issues that require attention and report them to us as soon as possible so that any potential damage is minimised.

Maintenance issues can be reported by phone on 0419 022 511 between 8:00am and 8:00pm 7 days a week or by filling out a Maintenance Request form and faxing it to us at (07) 4159 3740 during business hours.

We will contact the Landlord at the earliest possible opportunity after receipt of a maintenance request and quickly act on any instructions given.
